Milkweed Just now blossoming is the milkweed with its sort of plain looking leaves and wonderfully intricate flower structure. There are several types of Milkweed here. I've seen both this type (common) and the Swamp Milkweed. This plant is the preferred host to Monarch butterly larvae.. |
