I recently bought a small digital audio recorder.

Clicking here (if your computer is capable)  will call up the sounds I was greeted with after crossing the bridge and entering the park on May 22.

What fun that I'll now be able to provide some audio illustrations along with images.

The increasingly dense foliage, tall grass and poison ivy has begun to restrict my access to areas I freely walked in Winter. Ticks are abundant and friendly.
