I'm very impressed with my tiny $100  PoGo digital recorder (2 X 4 inch - built in mike) . 

With it, I bring you the song of the Wood Thrush, which, to me, is the most magical sound (click) to be heard in the woodland. The voice, so loud and clear . . .  Though I've never seen a Wood Thrush, simply hearing it  makes the experience all the more mysterious.
