Early September
2003
Emerging
now are the Thoroughworts, the Eupatoriums (Eupatoria?) -
Boneset, Snakeroot and others that I can't identify.
As
Garlic Mustard blankets large areas in the Spring, so White
Snakeroot seems to cover much of the same area in the Fall with
an air of seasonal dominance.
Tiny,
prolific Bushy Asters will soon appear and you're sure to see
them here up to and beyond the first frost.
