I have never deliberately eaten a spider. But, I have read, perhaps on a Snapple cap, that we all have eaten spiders while we sleep. If so, and if it's inevitable, I figure that's probably the best time to eat them.

So, I got lucky this week, spotting two uneaten, interesting spiders along a spillway wall. I have never been phobic of spiders and sort of think of them as land-crabs or vice-versa.
