Part of
our visual universe is arranged by objects that impede the passage of
light. We call the visual result of this - shadows.
Here, the shadows are running down the slope at an angle to my perspective. If I were to wait and watch for several hours, I would notice that they seemed to turn in arcs about the trees as the earth turned. I would also feel very cold. |
